IMPORTANT TIPS:
***There are no appointments/reservations for class, so we recommend showing up 10-15 minutes prior to the class you will be taking.
***We also recommend bringing WATER and a LARGE TOWEL.
***Inside the studio is a "no shoe policy"...so either barefoot or socks (whichever you prefer).

THE CARDIO BARRE WORKOUT
  Our unique, high energy/no impact exercise classes combine barre work and light weights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the torso, legs, butt and arms that sculpt and elongate the muscles of your body. The combination of cardio and muscle-sculpting strengthens your muscles as you burn fat, with no kicking, punching, or jumping up and down.
Working at the barre develops a sense of center and balance that allows you to concentrate on each isolated muscle groups, maximizing your full potential.
