Best Workout Class. Rather than joining a jolting aerobic class, spinning to nowhere or slower-moving workout like yoga, fitness seekers are trying CARDIO BARRE® in Studio City. The class borrows from classic ballet, but amps it up in a fun energetic way. Think barre work and light weights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the backside, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the apperance of your body. In addition to the fantastic workout and health fitness, CARDIO BARRE® helps with balance and a sense of center. Classes are given at a variety of levels, and the class schedule can be viewed on their website. CARDIO BARRE® classes are one hour long and are available as group or private sessions.
