What do I need to bring to class?
A towel & water. We also sell them.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout attire, sneakers or barefoot.
What’s the difference between the Beginner & Advanced class?
The classes have the same format. Beginner is done at a slower pace and is more instructional. Advanced is set at a higher tempo with more repetitions and less breaks.
How many times a week should I take class?
Take a minimum of three classes a week to see results. You can increase the amount of classes for maximum benefit.
What type of class is Cardio Barre?
A unique, high energy, no impact class that combines barre work and light weights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are resistance and toning exercises for the butt, thighs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the body.
Should I take Intro class first?
The Intro class breaks down the movements at a very basic and instructional level. This is a great class for people who are just starting to exercise or are injured.
What time should I get to the class if it’s my first time?
10-15 minutes early to find parking and fill out the registration form. |
