Training begins on August 2nd for our two new Cardio Barre Eagle Rock instructors!
Already seasoned dancers and Cardio Barre devotees, Elizabeth and Lisa will complete their training
at the beginning of September.
We're very excited and we'll be welcoming them to our permanent team in Eagle Rock
by adding some classes for them.


In the meantime take advantage of our instructors amazing energy and already full schedule of classes
and make your Cardio Barre routine a 3-day-a-week workout.


The Cardio Barre Workout
 
Our unique, high energy/no impact exercise classes combine barre work and light weights
with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises
for the torso, legs, butt and arms that sculpt and elongate the muscles of your body.

The combination of cardio and muscle-sculpting strengthens your muscles as you burn fat,
with no kicking, punching, or jumping up and down.

Working at the barre develops a sense of center and balance
that allows you to concentrate on each isolated muscle groups, maximizing your full potential.

You’ll have fun while getting in shape in our comfortable, spacious studio.
No membership fees, pre-registration or advanced sign up.
