Our unique, high energy/no impact exercise classes combine barre work and light weights
with continual fat burning motion. This program lengthens and strengthens your muscles as you burn fat, with no kicking, punching, or jumping up and down.

Working at the barre develops a sense of center and balance that allows you
to concentrate on the muscle group you are working,
both as a coordinated whole and in isolated muscle groups,
maximizing your full potential.

You’ll have fun while getting in shape in our comfortable, spacious studio.
