Denise Cohen, owner, grew up in Indiana on a working farm. Leading an active and healthy lifestyle was always in her plans. Even when she moved to Denver, working for the airlines for 7 years and then joining Corporate America for 10 years, health and fitness were always a priority. She learned to ski, mountain bike and practice yoga and pilates. 6 years ago, Denise and her husband Warren, moved to Aspen where Denise grew her Interior Design business. She continues to enjoy her love of the outdoors and quality of life there. 3 years ago, they purchased a home in LA to spend the spring and fall. That's when Denise was introduced to Cardio Barre through a friend, and was "hooked". Denise decided this was the business that she was so passionate about, and invested in the Hollywood franchise. Having worked out her whole life, cardio barre gives Denise that "intense" workout with no impact. This one hour class includes cardio, balance, strengthening excercises and a core work while elongating every muscle. Cardio Barre offers a beautiful blend of all of these elements while increasing flexibility and it's FUN!
Denise is excited and grateful to be part of the community and contribute to healthy living in Hollywood.
