Melissa Exercises Hard
After giving birth to son Mason on January 11, Melissa Joan Hart lost 30 pounds in the first week! "It was all water weight," the 30-year-old tells In Touch.
She sweat off the rest by doing Cardio Barre, Pilates and Barry's Boot Camp, which mixes cardio, weight and resistance exercises. Creator Barry Jay says it's a great way to get back into shape. "You're constantly surprising your body," he says. |
