How do I unfreeze my membership?Once you have signed up using our new system, send an email to info@cardiobarre.com with your full name and phone number. Let us know what date you would like to unfreeze your membership.

Will in-studio classes be recorded for On Demand?Yes, We will be recording occasionally to post to our On-Demand platform. If you are uncomfortable being on-camera, there are barres available that are not seen on camera.

Can I use remaining class packages?Yes! Once you have signed up using our new system, please email us at info@cardiobarre.com with your full name and phone number to add your remaining classes to our new system.
